Kelch, Barbara "Gale", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at the age of 78. Beloved daughter of the late Lucian and Alma "Pauline" Klotz; devoted mother of Lennie "Jay" Kelch, Christopher (Kimberly) Kelch, Craig (Suzanne) Kelch, and Jodi Kay (Greg) Gooch; cherished grandmother of 12; treasured great-grandmother of 4; dear sister of Judy (Pete) Cinelli. She is preceded in death by her daughter Gina Gayle Regot. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cardinal Care
