After the boys went to school, Barbara worked in medical billing and coding.
She was fond of traveling with her husband and some of their favorite destinations were the Smoky Mountains, Alaska, Hawaii, and several cruises they took. Barbara also enjoyed all the camping trips and fun boating with the family at the Lake of the Ozarks. She cherished the special memories she made with her lifelong best friend of over 80 years and neighbor, Gloria. Barbara especially treasured the time she spent with her eleven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and her eight great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
