Mr. Williams was born in Cambridge, OH to Edith Williams of Cambridge, OH and the late Charles A. Williams. He served in the US Navy and was a member of the American Legion Local #312, the VFW #2866, USS Rodman and Moose Lodge #1513. Mr. Williams is survived by his dear wife, Joanna Williams of St. Charles, MO; 10 children: Charles (Theresa) Williams, Linda (Barry) Weber, David Williams, Dan (Elaine) Schmucker, Michelle ( Mike) Kaemmerer, Marcia (David) Barklage, Jan (Tim) Lanigan, Neal (Judy) Schmucker, Jill (Jim) Wright), Randy Schmucker and the late Douglas Schmucker; dear grandfather of 22 and great grandfather of 4. He is preceded in death by one son, Douglas Schmucker.
