Betty A. Tilley

Betty A. Tilley (nee Lahr), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 at the age of 74. Cherished daughter of the late Othmar and Caroline Lahr; devoted mother of Elizabeth (Richard) Eller, Carol Tilley, and Julia (Andrew) Pierce; loving grandmother of Ryan Eller, Jessica Eller, Paige Eller, Aaron Eller, Mercedes Pierce, and Hannah Pierce; dear sister of Melvin (Georgia) Lahr and Mary Knoblach.

Betty was a devout catholic, and a member for over 40 years of St. Joseph Church, Cottleville. She was also a member of the St. Louis Harmonica Club. Betty enjoyed traveling, especially to the lake and loved being on the water. She also liked to visit with her brothers and sisters all over the country; riding horses, skiing, and playing golf. Betty loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren were her life. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
