Albano, Betty Jean (nee: Best), of O’Fallon, MO, died on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Michael J. Albano; cherished daughter of the late Leroy and Theresa Best; devoted mother of Jerry (Sally) Albano, Dennis (Mary) Albano, Sharon (Ken) Becker, and Debra Albano; loving grandmother of Michael (Jill) Albano, Julie (Jim) Parks, Tim (Jennifer) Albano, Anthony (Amber) Albano, Stephanie (Darrin) Koepke, Stacie (Ryan) Luter, Andrea (Chris) Rau, and Kyle Albano; treasured great-grandmother of Brett, Baylee, Ben, Katie, Jaden, Morgan, Cameron, Madison, Carter, Kayleigh, Jackson, and Megan; dear sister of Shirley McGowan. Betty is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Betty was also preceded in death by her siblings: Delores Best, Raymond Best, Frank Best, Josephine Lake, Virginia Reisinger, Margaret West, Clara Kramer, Evelyn Board, and Juanita Brophy.
Betty’s greatest joy was spending time with her family. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
