Betty Jean Rothermich

Betty J. Rothermich (nee Kline), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the age of 89. Loving wife of the late Kenneth Joseph Rothermich; beloved daughter of the late Elmer & Myrtle Kline; devoted mother of Debra (John) Russell, Darryl (Judy) Rothermich, and Denise (Ted) Howard; cherished grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 7; treasured aunt of Michael & Steven Headley. Preceded in death by her sister, Doris (the late Jim) Headley.

Betty enjoyed spending time with her beloved pets, reading, gardening, boating, and relaxing with a scotch or a Coca-Cola. She loved trying new foods and visiting new places. Betty was a member of The Genealogy Society of St. Charles. Traveling was a big part of her life- she traveled extensively, both in the United States and abroad to destinations such as Russia, Africa, Egypt, China, the Caribbean & Europe. Her love for traveling extended into her work as a travel agent with Fair Winds Travel. She also managed Arcade Lanes bowling alley with her husband for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
