Betty Lou Little of O’Fallon, MO, passed away at the age of 87 on Saturday, January 23, 2021. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Little; her parents, David and Ethelyn Smith; and her sister, Rita Hall.
Betty is survived by her children, Diane (Ken) Tatum, Russell (Nancy) Little, and Fred (Kim) Little; her grandchildren, Daniel (Rebecca) Tatum, Bradley (Julie) Tatum, Aaron (Courtney) Maue, Michael (Katie) McCray, Megan (Ian) Yeager, and Jennifer VanDyne; her great-grandchildren, Ethan, Kellan, Paul, Jonathan, Logan, Axel, Violet, and Mila; and her nephew, Carl (Kendra) Hall.
Betty was a faithful member of First Baptist of O’Fallon. She enjoyed playing the piano, organ, and participating in bible school where she helped with crafting projects. As a den mother, Betty was able to further pursue her fondness for volunteering and engaging with her local community. She had many hobbies she loved to spend her time with, among them her love for traveling about on cruises or bus tours. Betty also enjoyed taking up a crocheting project, playing games or solving puzzles, and she dabbled in genealogy to better understand her ancestry. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
