Loving daughter of the late Emmett and Mary Tipton; devoted mother of Diana Harper, Michelle (Rick) Gale, Christopher (Brenda) Jacobsen, Linda Hernandez, Jody (Jill) Jacobsen, Mary Beth (Jim) Edmondson, Charles (Kim) Jacobsen, and Bettinna Jacobsen; cherished grandmother of 21; treasured great-grandmother of 11; dear sister of Tip, Ray and Wesley.
