Betty M. Pollard

Betty Mae Pollard (nee McGuire), of Wentzville, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at the age of 83. Loving wife of the late Harold Hackman; beloved daughter of the late Curtis and Bernice McGuire; devoted mother of Terri (Paul) Connor, Toney (Carol) Bruce, Misty Lorenz, Ronda (Kip) Harmon, Frances (the late Jack) Dorlaque, and Harold Hackman, Jr.; cherished grandmother of  many grandkids and great-grandkids; dear sister of Louis "Sonny" McGuire. Betty is also preceded in death by her daughter, Traci Flannery; son, Robert (Vickie) Hackman; and friend, Jessie Pollard.

Betty enjoyed sewing, baking and decorating cakes. She also liked to go fishing and was an avid book reader. Betty’s favorite books were romance novels. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Betty's name to American Diabetes Association.
