Betty A. Payne

Betty A. Payne (nee Frazer), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Reginald D. Payne; cherished daughter of the late Otis Oliver Frazer and the late Linnie Frazer; devoted mother of Gregory D. Payne, the late Keith A. Payne; loving grandmother of 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; beloved Aunt and Friend. Betty was preceded in death by her siblings Edna Terry, Mildred Wessell, Peggy England, Erma Logerman, Lester Frazer, Leroy Frazer.

Betty enjoyed crafting, gardening, music, bingo, and family. She volunteered at the St. Charles Jaycee's Senior Center. Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Betty's memory to the American Heart Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
