Betty Ryan

Betty June Ryan (nee Cook), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, September 27, 2024 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late James Ryan, Jr.; cherished daughter of the late Eldon Cook and the late Ann Porter; devoted mother of Daniel Ryan, Philip (Robin) Ryan, Christopher (Deborah) Ryan and the late Dale (Jodie) Ryan; loving grandmother of Jeremy, Andrea, Amanda, Patrick, Michael, Brooke, Coda, and Holly; treasured great-grandmother of Tori, Gage, Owen, Gabby, Thomas and Hunter; dear sister of Janette (the late Fred) Frederick and the late Edward (Meina) Cook. 

Betty was a very sweet lady, a dedicated mother, and incredibly proud of her four boys. She loved being a grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Baking and sewing were her favorite pastimes, and something she genuinely excelled at doing. Betty also enjoyed being outdoors, tending to her yard, flower, and vegetable gardens. 

Betty was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
