Bettye J. Lewis

The Lewis Family sadly announces the passing of their mother, Bettye Jo Tippit Lewis who died peacefully on September 29, 2022, at the age of 89.

She is survived by her husband Frank “Don” Lewis, her two remaining siblings of the eleven born to her parents, Huber Tippit and Maggie Keel Tippit, are Lela June Bangel and Naomi Lee Rogers.

Bettye is also survived by two of her three children. They are Frank Donald Lewis Jr. and Bettye Tippit Lewis Boone. Their third and youngest daughter, Jane Ellen Lewis is deceased.

Bette has nine grandchildren. They are Beau Michael Lewis, Jessica Erin Lewis, Joshua Matthew Lewis, Benjamin Lewis Gerst, Larrin Scott Lewis, Emma Jane Dolley, Stacey Dean Goode, Anthony David Lewis, and Eric Andrew Lewis. There are also sixteen great grandchildren.

She will be missed by all.
