Beulah G. Ehlmann (nee Echele), of St. Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Erich Ehlmann; cherished daughter of the late Peter and Minette Echele; devoted mother of Steve (Jean) Ehlmann, Karen Ehlmann, and Tom (Kelly) Ehlmann; loving grandmother of Brendan Ehlmann, Will Ehlmann, Ryan Ehlmann and Krystan LaChance; and doting great-grandmother of Preston LaChance. Beulah is the dear sister of Les Echele and the late Catherine Zimmer, Hubert Echele, Sophia Steinhoff, Berdell Eilers, Orville Echele, and Geraldine Plackemeier. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Beulah was a lifetime parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was an active volunteer for the church and for the school while her children attended. Once her children were all in high school, she worked for the next 16 years as a nurse aide for SSM St. Joseph Hospital, where she found her true vocation in caring for the sick. She was also an active volunteer for the Boys Club of St. Charles while her children were active in sports. Beulah loved to play golf which allowed Erich to play even more. They had a standing Friday night tee time at St. Charles Golf Course with their couples golf group. She loved Cardinal baseball and never missed a game on TV. Beulah loved her family and caring for them and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Services: The family is being served by Baue Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, February 26, from 9:30am – 10:30am at Baue St. Charles, 620 Jefferson Street. The funeral service will follow at 11:00am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Interment St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
