Bill Bell, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at the age of 67. Loving husband of Sharon Bell; dear son of Doris J. and the late William S. Bell, Sr.; devoted father of Jeannie Marie (Jeremy) Boettler and William Simpson (Stephanie) Bell, III; cherished grandfather of Ian Chase Boettler, Adrianna Rae Bell, Isla Marie Boettler, Isabella Elise Boettler, William Simpson Bell, IV, Ilyse Jocelyn Boettler, and James Alexander Bell; dear brother of Robert Alan (Sharon) Bell and Russell David (Sherry) Bell; and loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Bill was an educator, coach, and a School Administrator for many years, and had graduated from Southeast Missouri State University, Northeast Missouri State (Truman), and Webster University. He was a member of the American Legion Post 312, VFW Post 2866, Polar Star Rose Hill Masonic Lodge # 79. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made to Masonic Children's Home.
