Lowrance, Bill, of O’Fallon, MO, died on Thursday, September 7, 2017, at the age of 96. Loving husband of the late Melba Lowrance; beloved son of the late Clifton A. and Stella E. Lowrance; devoted step-father of Dawn (Tom) King; cherished step-grandfather of Andrew Henderson and Sundy Johnson; treasured step-great-grandfather of Aaron and Blaine Johnson. He is preceded in death by his step-son, Richard A. Henderson.
Bill proudly served his country in the United States Airforce and retired after 26 years. He was the past commander of the Arkansas Auxiliary Coast Guard. Bill enjoyed golfing, boating, and flying, he also built custom golf clubs. Mostly, Bill loved people and was a great conversationalist, he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association.
