Bill R. Houck

Houck, Sr., Bill, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the age of 90. Loving husband of Jean Marie Houck (nee: Stiles); devoted father of William R. (Karon) Houck, Jr. and Darlene Houck; cherished grandfather of Billy, Tara (Jason), Kyle, Ryan, and Rachel; and prized great-grandfather of Cody, Brooklyn, and two more on the way. He is preceded in death by his parents William A. and Nancy Houck and his three sisters. Bill was a true patriot, serving our country during World War II, Korea and Vietnam in the United States Air Force. After his retirement from the military he worked for the Department of the Army to continue his service for his country in a Civil Service roll. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
