Rawlins (nee: Dralle); dearest son of the late Robert and Anna Bertha (nee: Seidmeyer) Rawlins; loving father of Cindy Turner; dear brother of Robert E. Rawlins Jr. (Juanita); cherished grandfather of Jessica Turner; dear uncle of Clayton Rawlins (Tricia). Mr. Rawlins was a former resident of Ferguson, Missouri. He served in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army.
