Garland, Billie Joe "BJ", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, May 8, 2009, at the age of 66. Devoted wife of Norman P. Garland; dear daughter of the late Marian Bernard Fry; loving mother of Andrew K. (Jill) Ferguson; treasured grandmother of Andrew S., Edward S. and Ruby J. Ferguson; dear sister, aunt, cousin and friend. After working for Kroger for 17 years, BJ was a homemaker.
