Wood, Billie Jean (nee: Wright), of Saint Charles, MO, died on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at the age of 74. Loving wife of Thomas A. Wood; beloved daughter of Eleanor V. Fey and the late Chester A. Phillips; devoted mother of Thomas (Paula) Wood, Todd (April) Wood, and Debbie (Carl) Bearden; cherished grandmother of 8; treasured great-grandmother of 5; dear sister of Gary (Karen) Wright; loving aunt, cousin and friend to many.
