Loving husband of Patricia Louise Mouser (nee: Gipson); son of the late Noah and Freda Mouser; father of Pamela Mouser and Mark (Lisa) Mouser; grandfather of Ryan Guilford, Courtney (Jon) Renaud, Nicole Mouser, Jenna (Tony) Meyer, and great-grandfather of Morgan Mouser; brother of Ralph (Hazel) Mouser, Margie Hueckel, and the late Robert G. Mouser; and brother-in-law of the late Larry Hueckel.
