Billy Joe "BJ" Richardson, III. Our creative, loving son was taken from us far too soon on August 12, 2012 at the age of 20. Our beloved BJ was born on February 3, 1992. He was a son, big brother, grandson, nephew and friend, and was loved by so many. He graduated from Francis Howell North High School in 2010 and lived the majority of his life in St. Charles County. BJ is survived by his parents, Joe and Wendy Richardson, Jr., his sisters Taylor and Rianna Richardson, his mother Kelly Davison, and his brother Joshua Jenkins. He was a loving grandson of Bill and Linda Richardson, Sr., Tom and Diane Wadsworth, Ed and Nancy Davison, and Don and the late Diane London. BJ is also survived by his loving girlfriend Kayelyn Schmitt. There are many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved BJ dearly and will miss his bright smile and loving heart. BJ was an avid lover of music. He played seven instruments but especially loved playing the bass with his band, Screaming Glory at FrauFest. BJ was the BEST Big Brother to his young sisters Taylor and Rianna. They loved spending time together playing Wii Baseball, baking cookies (or just eating the raw cookie dough), and enjoyed each other while always laughing, giggling, and goofing around the house. BJ made sure his sisters knew how much he loved them and how important it was for them to continue to the be the wonderful, responsible girls they are growing up to be. BJ will be greatly missed by everyone that loved him. He was the kind of young man that everyone was proud to call son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend. He will forever be in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in BJ's honor to the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, St. Louis Chapter (NCADA). Donations will aid in addiction prevention and intervention services in the Greater St. Louis area at www.ncada-stl.org
