Billy Lowry

Beloved husband of the late Juanita Allen Lowry and Louise Thorne Lowry; loving son of the late Reno and Lora Lowry; dear father of Marcia (Steve) Teague and the late Lori Beth Crouteau; dear brother of Walter Lowry and Rodney Lowry; grandfather of Stephanie Teague and Anthony Joe Romines. Mr. Lowry was a member of the Kiwanis Club of Algiers Morning Edition. He joined the club in May 1997 and resigned in March 2003 when he moved to St. Charles.
