Billy Joe Romine

Billy Joe Romine, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023 at the age of 90. Loving husband of Eleanor Romine; beloved son of the late Irene and Harold Romine; devoted father of John (Janet) Romine; cherished grandfather of Matthew (Cassandra) Romine and Andrew (Kelsey) Romine; and great-grandfather of Stacey Romine.

Billy dedicated four years of his life to proudly serve in the United States Navy. For 65 wonderful years, he shared a loving marriage with his wife, Eleanor. An avid enthusiast of golf, fishing, and all things related to the water, Billy found joy in boating. Together with his wife, he explored the world through their travels. His love for his family was immeasurable. Billy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Billy's name to the Salvation Army.
