Billy T. Skidmore, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Helga H. Skidmore; cherished son of the late John Skidmore and the late Maerene Skidmore (nee Massey); devoted father of Michele (Steve) Palmer, B. Terence Skidmore, John Skidmore, and the late Brian Skidmore; loving grandfather of Cherie, Devin, and Allison; treasured great-grandfather of Alexia, Rodrigo, and Hinata; dear brother of Sharon (Tom) Harmon, Gayle Mitchell, Juanita (Gary) Battles, Jan Fisher, and the late Alice (Lonnie Gibson, Sr.) Gibson; and loved by many nieces, nephews, and cousins

Billy was a man of great character, shaped by his service as an Air Force veteran. He was a passionate sports fanatic, always keeping up with the latest games and teams. Billy also had a fondness for old western movies, enjoying the timeless stories of cowboys and adventure. His kindness, humor, and genuine nature made him dearly loved by all who knew him. Billy will be greatly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him.
