Bobby Dewain Brown

Bobby Dewain Brown, of Foristell, Missouri, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021, at the age of 81. Loving husband of the late Linda Kay Brown; beloved son of the late Kenneth and Ellen Brown; devoted father of Teresa Lynn (Darrell) Ward, Kerry Brown, and the late Kevin Brown; cherished grandfather of Robert (Amy) Welch, Jacqueline Gebhardt, James Marshall, and Angela Marshall; treasured great-grandfather of Brayden Welch and Camden Welch; dear brother of Dorothy (the late Leon) McNew, Cleller (the late Wayne) McNew, and the late James Brown; dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Bobby owned Brown’s Tires for more than 40 years, and he truly enjoyed going to work every day and working with the customers and staff. Family was very important to Bobby, and he worked hard and made sure he provided for his family. He was a good role model and always showed his support for them. Linda was the love of his life, and he cherished how special their relationship was throughout their lives. As a man with strong faith, Bobby dedicated himself to reading the Word and trusting in God to guide his path. He was a longtime member of Agape Church. Bobby enjoyed the outdoors and maintained the lawn on his property very well. He enjoyed watching NASCAR races on TV with his wife. In his younger years he liked to go fishing. He supported his grandchildren in all they did and was always there for them. Bobby was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorial contributions may be made in Bobby's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
