Preceded in death by parents, Arley and Eupal Kelley and son, Bobby L. Kelley, Jr.; survived by daughters, Sonia Kelley (Rick Lantrip), Tamela Boone (Bobby) and Mickey Kelley; brothers, Arley L. Jr. and Larry D. Kelley; 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren and 2 step-great-grandchildren. Mr. Kelley was a member of the Fairgrounds Road Church of Christ in Troy Missouri
