Bobby Roe Milligan

Bobby Roe Milligan of O’Fallon, Missouri, on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of Peggy Milligan; cherished son of the late Frank O'Kelly and Opal Milligan; devoted father of Diane (Mark) Prost, Michelle (John) White; dear father-in-law of Judy Milligan; loving grandfather of 14; treasured great-grandfather of 17, with number 18 on the way. He is preceded in death by his sons Marty, Keith, and Ricky Milligan, brother Bill Milligan, and half brother Kelly Simpson.
Bob served as a Deacon for many years at West Side General Baptist Church in St. Ann, Missouri. He most recently served at Fairmont Baptist Church in St. Peters, Missouri where he was a dedicated member. He was also a member of the Local Steel Workers Union #1120. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
