She was a homemaker and is survived by her loving husband, Larry Smith of St. Charles, Mo.; three daughters: Shannon L. Cancila (Stephen) of Chesterfield, Mo., Stephanie L. Malone (Stephen) and Samantha L. Smith both of St. Peters, Mo.; a brother Don Lake of Chesterfield, Mo. and two grandchildren: Tory and Carmen Cancila. Mrs. Smith was a member of First Church of Christ, Scientist in St. Charles, Mo.
