Brandon Andrew Szuba

Brandon Andrew Szuba, of Saint Charles, MO, entered eternal rest Thursday, December 14, 2023, at the age of 32. Cherished son of Pete (Denise Lucco) Szuba and Andrea (Jim Riley) Stephenson; dear brother of Connor Lucco, Sara (Blake Horst) Bargen, Spencer Stephenson, Christina DeSalvo, and Maria DeSalvo; loving uncle of Michael Lucco, Chloe Lucco, Cruz Lucco-Cervantes and Elliot Horst; beloved grandson of Janina Szuba, Sharon DeSalvo, Dennis (Denise) DeSalvo, Sr., and Linda Merkle-Neumann; precious nephew, step-son, cousin and friend to many.

Brandon embodied a multitude of qualities that made him a unique individual. Despite the tough exterior he tried to show, he possessed a soft and compassionate core. His circle of devoted friends evolved into a close-knit family of brothers and sisters. Brandon loved fishing, playing golf and had natural skills in the culinary arts; he enjoyed the responsibility which often designated him as the one preparing all of the Holiday meals for his family. He was a devoted Buffalo Bills football fan and loved all sports. Graduating from Francis Howell North in 2010, he excelled as a wrestler on the high school team. He also embraced selflessness by being an organ donor, gifting the possibility of life to others. Brandon's presence was cherished, and his absence will undoubtedly be deeply felt by those fortunate enough to have known him.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Brandon's name to the 2024 Jim Mattingly Memorial Foundation Golf Tournament.

Services:  A Celebration of Brandon’s Life to be held on Tuesday December 26 from 4pm - 8pm at Baue Funeral Home Cave Springs, 3950 W. Clay St. St. Charles, MO 63301 where we will gather to share stories and laughs. Interment will be Wednesday December 27, 10am at Baue Cave Springs. All are welcome to attend.
