Brenda “Bren” Darlene Rehkop

December 18, 1958 — August 29, 2018

Brenda “Bren” Darlene Rehkop of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at the age of 59. Beloved wife of David Rehkop; cherished daughter of Elma Ruth and Otto Roever Jr.; devoted mother of sons David Christopher Rehkop and Jeffrey M. (Monica) Roever, and her daughter and best friend Sarah Darlene (Ty Hagler) Rehkop; loving “Mama” of Lucas Rehkop, Alyssa Roever, Jeremiah Roever, Sammy Rehkop, Makenzie Roever, and Morgan David Hagler; dear sister of Jerry Roever, Terry Roever, Roger (Linda) Roever, Marilyn (Steve) Vaught; and beloved sister-in-law, niece, aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Bren was dedicated in her faith and was a member of New Life Church of the Nazarene. She will be remembered for her comical sense of humor, her golden heart, and her strong belief in God. Her faith was strength not only to herself but for the many she inspired. Beyond her spiritual love, her family was her greatest joy in life, especially making long lasting memories with her grandchildren.

Bren’s hobbies included shopping trips with her favorite shopping partner, her daughter, and purchasing antiques and ‘old junk’ for décor pieces. She also loved to travel, seeing many destinations, but her favorite being Branson.

Bren was deeply loved, and she and her warm hugs will be immensely missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Bren’s name to Wounded Warrior Project.
