Brenda Hackmann

Hackmann, Brenda (née: Smith), of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the age of 58. Brenda was the loving wife of Ronald Hackmann; beloved daughter of Mavolean Smith and the late James Smith; devoted mother of Kristie (Brian) Bertsch and Gabe (Stephanie) Hackmann; cherished grandmother of Makenna Bertsch, Kaden Bertsch, Tyson Hackmann, Tate Hackmann, and Tanner Hackmann; dear sister of James Ronald (Charlene) Smith, Robert (Joyce) Smith, Marla (Lindell) Runnels, and Tina (Jim) Smith-Rider. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and family; gardening; tending to her flowers; and serving Jehovah. Brenda loved the color purple. As an option, you are welcome to wear purple in honor of Brenda. Memorials may be made to Jehovah's Witnesses or to the Cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) Foundation.
