Brian Downey Owens entered into eternal rest on December 16, 2021 at the age of 50.
Cherished son of Richard and Maureen (Nee Downey) Owens; dear brother and brother-in-law of Colleen (Tim) Koncki, and Michael Owens; dear uncle to Zach, Adam, and Emily Koncki; dear nephew to Bonnie (Nee Bonstell) and the late Thomas Owens, and the late Ronnie and Donna (Nee Downey) Seaton, and the late John and Joan (Nee Downey) Lorson; cousin; godfather; and friend to many.
Brian was an independent insurance broker at Lakenan Insurance and also a building inspector for the City of St. Louis.
Brian had a sense of humor and caring spirit. He loved spending time with family and friends. His door was always open for a friend, he will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Marygrove 2705 Mullanphy Lane, Florissant, MO 63031.
