(Joanne) Rapp, dear brother of Donald I. (Dorthy) Rapp, Leon C. Rapp, John H. (Olivia) Rapp, B.J. Rapp, Sharon Kay (Larry) Albertson, David L. Linda) Rapp and Robert. (Pat) Rapp; beloved grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 17; he was a loving brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many; preceded in death by his parents Elize I and Iva (nee: Arbuckle) Rapp, sister Naida Desha and brothers Roland E., Junior and Bruce Rapp. “Grumpy” was a member of LifeSpring Community Church where he served as a Deacon. He was employed for 38 years as a Truck Driver with Kroger and was awarded for 35 years of safe driving with the Kroger Company.
