Byron Won Suk Kim

Byron Won Suk Kim of O’Fallon, MO, passed away at the age of 79 on Monday, October 26, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Kim and Lucy Min; and his sister, Merlyn Hee Chun Beard.

Byron is survived by his children, Mark (Sonna) Brado, Tracy (Mark) Killian, Tahnee (Kevin) King, Andrea (Ross) Munns, Joy (Andre Ing) Kim, Liana Jackson, Reuben Kim and Jared (Jamie Parker) Kim; his grandchildren, Blaine King, Tara Freese, Paige Minarik, Spencer King, Sydney Munns, Tanner King, Sophia Munns, Hannah Herrell, Aubree Munns, Andrew King, and Clayton Jackson; his great-grandchildren, Malia Loos, Justice Love, Emma Gallagher, Alana Freese, Toran Freese and Moana Minarik; and his sisters, Katherine (Moon) Kim, Martha (Walter) Macfarlane and Holly Kim, and brother, Francis Won Soon Kim. Byron was an uncle, cousin, and a friend to many.

Byron proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Air Force. He enjoyed spending peaceful days travelling, fishing, or playing golf. Above everything, Byron treasured the time he spent with his family and cherished the memories they made together over the years. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
