Carl “Ted” Hibbs, Sr.

Hibbs, Sr., Carl "Ted", of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, April 28, 2014 at the age of 64. Loving husband of Mary Hibbs; beloved son of the late Carl and Helen Hibbs; devoted father of Carl (Jenn) Hibbs, Jr. and Melissa (Nathan) Wunderlich; cherished step father of Tracy (Ameal) Lemons and Jeffrey (Allie) Voelpel; treasured grandfather of Bryan Skelton, Mati Skelton, Onalee Wunderlich, Gabe Skelton, Rylan Hibbs, Jack Wunderlich, Erik Schmidt, Ameal Lemons III, Jeremy (Torri) Schmidt, Breanna Voelpel, Ryan Voelpel, Bethany Voelpel, Brandi Voelpel, and Braelynn Voelpel; dear great-grandfather of Serenity Schmidt and Jeremy Schmidt, Jr. He is preceded in death by his great-grandchild Quintine Schmidt. Carl loved Hotrods, boating, and spending time with his friends. He also enjoyed weekend travel with his wife. He was fun-loving with a great sense of humor, and a hardworking, dedicated father.
