Carlos Ray Stout

June 20, 1925 — February 25, 2009

Memorials may be made to American Heart Association. Carlos Ray Stout, was born on June 20, 1925 in Stewart, TN. Carlos passed away on February 25, 2009 in St. Charles, MO where he resided for the last 56 years. Carlos was a Sergeant in then 132nd Infantry, Americal Division during World War II. He was a recipient of the Bronze Star and numerous other medals. Carlos served as President of the UAW Local 325 Ford Retirees for 9 of the 15 years that he served as an officer. He was also a member of the O'Fallon VFW and a member of American Legion Post 312. Carlos is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carol Stout of St. Charles, MO, his children, Robert, Jim, Larry, Tony Stout, Kim Miller and Joy Golbart, 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and Union Brothers.
