Carmen Moslander

Memorials may be made to Masses or Assumption of the B.V.M. Catholic Church. Moslander, Carmen, of Wentzville, Missouri, died on Friday, January 16, 2009 at the age of 94. Devoted wife of John R. "Skip" Moslander; dear daughter of the late Federico and the late Aurora Garcia; loving mother of Adolph (Karen) DuClusan and Marlene (Paul) Nellesen; cherished grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 12; dear sister of Betty Parson; treasured aunt of Fred Garcia, Jr., Henry Garcia and Gaston Serrato; dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Fred, Albert, Ruben and Henry Garcia, and her sisters, Adela Serrato and Lucy Prats. She was the owner of Carmen's Market in Los Angeles, California for 20 years and was the past President of Mothers of DeMolay in Los Angeles, California. Carmen was also an artist.
