Carol Ann Phipps (Rice)

Carol Ann Rice of St. Peters, MO, Died on Saturday September 3rd, at the age of 58. Beloved daughter of Chet and Joyce Rice; Devoted mother to Sarah (Eric) Miller and Stephanie Phipps; Cherished grandmother of William Henry and London Miller; Dear sister of Gina Schneider, Kellie (David) Bauer, Donna (Ronnie) Quinlan, and John Douglas (Delia) Rice; She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews, and adored by countless friends.

Carol loved to sing and music was her joy. She was a member of the Gateway Country Music Association. She loved traveling but most of all Carol loved her grand-babies, time spent with family and friends. She had a big heart and would do anything she could to help her family or a friend in need. She was very much loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Carol's daughter's, Sarah Miller and Stephanie Phipps.
