Carol Marie Carlson (nee George), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Michael Carlson; cherished daughter of the late Leonard and Illene George; devoted mother of Carrin (Dave) Carlson and Adam (Ashley-Lyn) Carlson; loving grandmother of Madigan, Liam, Miles, Brooks and Banks; dear sister of Russel (Jane) George, David (Cindy) George, the late Barbara (the late Craig) Kohler, the late Jean Goss and the late Leon George.

Carol met Michael in Minneapolis in 1973 and they were married for 47 years. She was a phenomenal mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. In her free time she loved gardening, making wine and hosting and cooking for friends and family.

Carol was very thoughtful, kind and loving. She never knew a stranger. Carol would make you feel special and everything she did was meaningful, no matter the circumstances. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on September 16, 2023 in Gilbert, MN and on November 4th, 2023 in Estero, FL.

A second Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday Nov 4th at 1:00 pm (lunch will be provided) at Park Alliance Church. 7469 San Carlos Blvd Fort Meyers, FL 33967
