Carol Conner

Carol Conner (nee Walker), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, March 1, 2024, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Conner, and previous husband, the late Walter Crain; cherished daughter of the late Gordon Walker and Roberta Kennedy. Loving mother of Carl (Robin) Crain and the late Carolyn (the late Richard) Samuelson; grandmother of Richard "Harley" (Lauren) Samuelson, Sara (Sarath Kumpatla) Samuelson, William "Bill" (Brandi) Crain, and Robert "Bobby" (Casi) Crain; treasured great grandmother of Harrison Samuelson and Adrianna Crain; stepmother of Joyce (the late Mike) Lucash and Carolyn (the late Dan) Smith; dear sister of Gordon "Rusty" (Susan) Walker. 

Carol cherished her family dearly, embodying kindness and unwavering support in all their endeavors. Her interests included gardening, reading, traveling, spending time with friends, and frequent visits to the Spencer Road Library. Additionally, she devoted her time to volunteering at the Barnes St. Peters Auxiliary, and other local organizations. Known for her warm and friendly nature, Carol was dearly loved, and her absence will be deeply felt by everyone fortunate enough to have known her.

Memorials may be made in Carol's name to Spencer Road Library or the American Heart Association.
