Carol J. Spilker, (nee Sommer), 82, died on June 14, 2022, from a stroke. She was married for 54 years to the late Edward J Spilker; beloved daughter of Edward and Regine Sommer. Cherished mother of Cathy (Mike) Breuer, Jeff (Kim) Spilker, Julie (Ralph) Huber, John (Kathryn) Spilker and Beth (Doug) Richards; adoring grandmother of Amanda, Leah, Nathaniel, Brandon, Caleb, Keziah, Darris, MaryBeth, Jennifer, Jessica, Jonathan, Olivia, Preston and Katie; loving great grandmother of Abraham, Leela, Kavya, Christien, James, Elijah, Owen, Emma, Wesley, Sullivan, William, Tenley, Jett, Beckett, Ephraim, Phineas and Emery; loving cousin, godmother, aunt, neighbor and friend to many.
Carol always had a smile on her face, and enjoyed painting, playing cards and playing WII bowling with her friends at Clarendale. She enjoyed playing games and going to dinner with her family. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by everyone who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Carol's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
