September 11, 1924 — June 18, 2019
Carol Jean Cart (nee Andrew), of De Soto, MO, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the age of 94. Loving wife of the late Robert Cart; beloved daughter of the late Merton A. and Iva Mae Andrew; devoted mother of Alan (Lisa) Cart and David (Sherl) Cart; cherished grandmother of Christopher, Sara, Adam, Colton, and Angel; treasured great-grandmother of Madeline, Alyssa, Christopher, and Davion; and is also survived by her grand-dog, Violet. Carol is also preceded in death by her brother, Glen Andrew; four sisters, Blythe, Laverne, Pauline, and Allene.
Carol was a loving and supportive mother that was always there for her two sons. She was a very talented cook and always prepared a nice meal for her family. She enjoyed going to the lake and spending time at the family cabin. Carol was extremely hardworking and family oriented. Her family meant everything to her. She was a member of the Jacksonians Club. Carol was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
