Carol Jean Hoffman (nee: McCollom) of Sullivan, MO, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at the age of 63. Cherished daughter of Shelby and the late Donald J. McCollom; devoted mother of Adam (Jessica) Hoffman and Ryan (Grisel) Hoffman; loving grandmother of Alexander Hoffman and Sebastian Hoffman; dear sister of Donald R. (Wendy) McCollom and Joseph D. McCollom; treasured aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Carol was a very loving and caring woman. She enjoyed cooking and making her world famous homemade jerky. She was a very talented blue grass singer and guitar player. Carol loved being on the water, especially to fish and swim with her grandchildren. She was a great caregiver to many expecting mothers during her 40 year career as a certified ultrasound sonographer. Most of all, Carol loved spending time with her family. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Memorials may be made in Carol's name to the American Cancer Society.
