Carol Joyce Richter

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or SSM Hospice. (Carol) Joyce Richter died July 15th at her home in St. Charles of cancer. She spent her life as a homemaker and pre-school teacher and was a member of St. Robert Catholic Church in St. Charles and the Boonedockers Camping Club. Born May 28, 1935 in St. Louis to the late Helen and Adolph Krafft, and beloved stepdaughter of the late Charles Owen. Mrs. Richter is survived by her husband of 54 years, Clifford Richter, one son, Kevin and his wife Kathy of St. Peters, two grandchildren, Kimberly and Daniel; one daughter, Karen and her husband Randy (Mitch) Mitchell; one brother, William Krafft, two half brothers, Jim (Warren) Krafft and Edward Krafft.
