Carol M. Simpson (nee Ell), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021, at the age of 75. Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Simpson; cherished daughter of the late Alphonse and Mary Magdalene Ell. Devoted mother of Lonnie (Charleen) Simpson, Bob Simpson, Jacque (Sean) Hussey, and Jill (Chad) Lear; loving grandmother of Jeremy Simpson, Kristin, Nicolas, and Kelsie Lear, Anna, and the late Connor Simpson; dear sister of Doris (Larry) Ohlms, Survived by many neices, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by 6 siblings and their spouses.
Carol was a very active member of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church. She spent her career as an administrative assistant for over 30 years. Carol was married to Robert for 42 years. She loved the family dogs, flowers, and working in her yard. Most of all, she loved her four kids and six grandchildren. Carol was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
