Carol A. Politte

Carol A. Politte (nee Johnson), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, November 17, 2023, at the age of 73. Loving wife of Jim Politte, Jr.; beloved daughter of the late Raymond Johnson and Winifred Morris; devoted mother of Jennifer (Brett) Cox, Melissa (Josh) Fox, Jim (Amanda) Politte, III, and Stephen (Stephanie) Politte; cherished grandmother of 23 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; dear sister of Alan Johnson and Michael Johnson.

Carol, married for 53 years to her high school sweetheart Jim, was a loving mother and grandmother known for her kindness and fun-loving nature. She effortlessly made friends everywhere she went. For many years she was the joyful voice people heard when they called Harvester Christian Church, where she cheerfully served as the receptionist, and also as the children’s ministry assistant. A proud member of the church for over 40 years, Carol's strong faith and inexhaustible sense of humor made her beloved by all. Carol was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
