Carolyn J. Barnes (nee Henson) of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at the age of 67. Loving wife of 50 years to the late Roger G. Barnes; beloved daughter of the late Roy and Verna Henson; devoted mother of Barry (Tysa) Barnes, and Phillip Barnes; cherished grandmother of Collin Barnes and Caleb Barnes; dear sister of Brenda Young, Pat (Carrie) Henson, Roy "Junior" Henson, Betty Jo (Daryll) Swinney, Thomas (Denise) Henson, and Harold Lee Henson, and the late Linda Henson; and dearest friend of Pam (Glen) Darden.
Carolyn cherished spending time with her grandchildren, and going to the movies with her family. She enjoyed going out to lunch after church with her friends. She loved quilting, and in her spare time she liked watching TV shows Law & Order, Price is Right, and the Cooking Channel. Carolyn was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
