Carter D. Troutman

Carter D. Troutman, of Mission, TX, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at the age of 83.

Beloved husband of the late JoAnn Troutman; loving husband of Byrlanne Hatcher-Troutman; cherished son of the late Raymond and Mary Catherine Troutman; devoted father of Dean (the late Laura) Troutman, Tracy (Thomas) Szepanski, Sherri Troutman and Stacy (James) Grgurich; loving grandfather of Courtney (Nick), Miranda (Steven), Ryan (Jessica), Jordyn, J.J., JoAnna, Abigayle and Carleigh; treasured great-grandfather of eight; dear brother of Nina Harbison; Carter is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Carter is preceded in death by six siblings, Ralph Troutman, James Troutman, Deual Troutman, Louise Carty, Betty Edwards, and Rayma Midyett.

Carter was a Union Member of the IAM Automotive Lodge 777. He enjoyed spending time with his family and coaching his children’s sports teams when they were young. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Carter's name to National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
