Powers, Catherine "Kay" Davis, of St. Charles, Missouri, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at the age of 83. Loving wife of William "Bill" Powers; beloved daughter of the late Agnes Pechnick; devoted mother of Larry (Pollie) Davis, Janet (Paul) Latessa, Barb (Jeff) Killam and Glenn (Linda) Davis; dear grandmother of Jennifer (Scott) Nelson, Julie Latessa, Philip (Lindsey Avitt) Latessa, Sara Kirk, Jena Latessa, David Kirk, Anthony Kirk, Haley Davis, Bradley Davis, Brian Davis, Melanie Davis, Chad Killam, Alex Killam and Trent Killam; cherished great-grandmother of Brooke Nelson and Gavin Killam. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Lawrence Davis. Kay was a loving sister-in-law, aunt and friend to many; she will be deeply missed by all. Kay was a longtime member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was active with the USO, Red Cross and St. Vincent De Paul but enjoyed being active in the church most of all. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Vincent De Paul or Masses.
