Campbell, Cecelia, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at the age of 71. Loving wife of the late Edward L. Campbell, Sr.; beloved daughter of the late Timothy Stealey and Mary Stealey; devoted mother of Deborah Campbell and Edward Campbell, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Blake A. Rapert, Rebecca K. Campbell, and Jacob E. Campbell; dear sister of Cindi (Jerry) Alberson; aunt, great aunt, and friend to many. Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
